Getting Here The Cocks is proudly independent, open seven days a week and is a haven for the inked, the pierced and the damned.

Find us in the heart of Kingston Upon Thames on the historic Old London Road.

We’re just a short walk from Kingston train station with regular services through to Waterloo till late.

If you need a little later, then a 5 minute bus to Surbiton will get you some more train options or the good old night bus is always there for all you dirty stop outs!

Kingston bus station is also a quick walk away with plenty of options to take you home to Hampton, New Malden, Croydon, Putney and more.

There’s a loading bay outside the venue for bands and limited meter parking on Old London Road. If you’re driving to us, we recommend the 24 hour NCP car park or the nearby Cattle Market and we’re very sorry about the nightmare one-way system (that ones not on us!).

For hotels, you’ll find a handy, budget-friendly Travelodge at the end of the street. There’s also a Premier Inn and a DoubleTree by Hilton if you’re feeling fancy.

We strive to improve the live music experience for all of our customers, encouraging accessibility and inclusion as well as equality. Your feedback is always welcome and we’ll do our best to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs.

If you have any access requirements or questions that are not answered below, please contact us at bookings@the-fighting-cocks.co.uk.

Our premises is accessible via Old London Road or Fairfield North, and accessible via a small set of steps. Staff are able to provide a ramp for access if you let us know in advance or you can ask a member of staff on the day for assistance. There is ramp access from the main premises into our venue, and two fire exits with level access. We have an accessible toilet in the venue, a RADAR key is not required for access.

For all house shows we offer a personal assistant / companion ticket for any deaf or disabled customers who would not be able to attend an event here without one. This doesn’t require reservation, but please alert the box office staff when you arrive. We can set up a viewing area to the side of the stage, with or without seating, on request. Please let us know if you’d like to make use of this when booking a ticket.

Some shows and events utilise strobe lighting and smoke effects, we’ll make sure there are signs up to let you know and you can also ask when you arrive.

Bar access is available in the main premises or venue. Please be aware that we do not offer cloakroom facilities.

If you have any further queries or concerns on the day, please speak to a member of our staff who will be happy to assist you.
